Placing of orders
Orders can be placed via the website www.sareeshop.co.za. Once you have chosen an item, you can send your request to email@example.com. An invoice will be sent you. Once payment is done, your order will be dispatched to you. Sareeshop stocks only 1 of each item. Special orders can be done. Items can be viewed strictly by appointments only.
Delivery of items
Sareeshop offers FREE delivery services of all items countrywide. Door deliveries will take from 1-3 working days. Sareeshop will not be liable for any damages during transportation as each item has been thoroughly checked before dispatch. Please ensure that all delivery requirements are given. With regards to door delivery, please ensure that someone will be home to receive your parcel otherwise the delivery company will return the parcel back to Sareeshop.
Payment can be done via EFT or cash.
Sareeshop.co.za provides a 3 month lay-bye system. In order to place an item on laye-bye, A 10% deposit is required to secure your order. Your item is kept on lay-bye for 3 consecutive months. Payment is therefore required at the end of each of the 3 months. If you are unable to pay after the first month, you will be refunded your 10% deposit and your order will be terminated. If no deposit is being paid then we will not hold onto the order and the item will be sold. Sareeshop will not keep aside any items unless a deposit is paid. Sareeshop will not release any item until the item has been fully paid for; i.e. after 3 months.
With regards to custom orders, you would need to fill in the order form on the website. A 20% deposit is required to place the order. Together with the order form, attach the deposit and an image of the item you require. Special orders can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered to you.
